Freight and delivery for heavy machinery
All Mechnaxx products are heavy industrial equipment. Shipping requires specialized freight services — standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are not available for these shipments.
Freight Shipping
All chipper equipment is shipped via LTL (Less than Truckload) or FTL (Full Truckload) freight depending on the size and quantity of your order. All units are secured on pallets and/or in crates to ensure safe transit.

Lead Times
Most in-stock chipper units ship within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or special-order configurations typically require 4–12 weeks depending on manufacturer production schedules. You will receive a confirmed lead time when your order is accepted.
Freight Costs
Freight costs are calculated based on equipment weight, dimensions, and delivery location. A freight quote will be provided at checkout or prior to order confirmation. For remote locations or locations requiring lift-gate delivery, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Requirements
Because of the size and weight of chipper equipment, buyers must ensure the delivery location:
- Has adequate vehicle access for freight trucks (typically 53-foot semi-trailers)
- Has loading dock access, or the buyer must request and pay for lift-gate service
- Has a forklift or appropriate unloading equipment on-site for large units
- Has a responsible party present to sign for the delivery
Receiving Your Shipment
When your delivery arrives, inspect all equipment before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If significant damage is observed, you may refuse the shipment. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for any concealed damage discovered after unboxing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier contact information via email. For freight shipments, you can contact the carrier directly to schedule a delivery window.
International Shipping
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
